Anthony Mwangi Waire is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, as well as an experienced Compliance expert. He brings 20 years of international and local Kenyan banking sector expertise, specializing in legal compliance, risk management, and financial crime prevention from senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank and Commercial Bank of Africa (now NCBA Bank).
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. He is a certified professional Mediator and Arbitrator (The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK).
He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). Anthony pairs his corporate credentials with a strong dedication to access to justice for all.
